I love a good Charcuterie Board. Check out this one here that I made last week and my IGTV episode here if you are a more visual person! There will be a lot of Holiday Parties are you going to that will have kids there, some parties you will need an appetizer for, and some parties you will need desserts. I love whipping out my board (easiest boards have lips on them!) and throwing party appetizers on it! All of these can be made on a board and this gives you a good direction to start.

1. Dessert Boards:
I love this type of board because it is to me the easiest board to make. My friends are always laughing at me because I LOVE to take store bought items and make them pretty by displaying them in a fun and different way! With this dessert board, the only thing I made was the Merry Candy Mix. (find that recipe here). Everything else was store bought – literally took it out of the package and put it on the board in a fun way!

2. The Kid’s Appetizer Board
What do kids love? Macaroni and Cheese, little hand held snacks, Goldfish, fruit snacks, etc.. This kids board is perfect for little hands and will give you a lot of fun color on your board! Note: Walmart has some great frozen appetizers! I put a Fried Mac n Cheese and a Manchego Croquette (basically a cheese ball) on this board.

3. Breakfast Board
I love this party appetizer board because it really is super easy and you know that you will be going to be exhausted when Christmas Morning finally gets here. This is the perfect solution!
Powdered donuts, bakery items, maybe a breakfast loaf of bread, I even love to throw a couple of Sister Schubert rolls on the board (especially the ones that have sausage in them!) and fruit – don’t forget color!! Again, super easy, elevated, and if you throw fruit on the board – it gives it a lot of color!

It doesn’t matter what types of party appetizers you put on your board.. as long as you follow the rule of odds and color!
