I threw a birthday brunch for one of my dearest friends. Complete with menu cards and avocado toast – what more could you want?! Nothing. Absolutely Nothing. Scroll through all of the pictures to meet Baylor… the precious pup I call my best friend and travel partner.
I just love how the sweet romantic light pinks and the golds of the flatware make this table setting so intimate and inviting.
The flowers were a sweet touch. Anytime you can add real flowers… do it!
I printed the menu cards for this birthday brunch from a basic color printer and then embossed over the ‘menu’ print with gold. I absolutely loved the way they turned out, especially in all the natural light. It might have taken me about 30 minutes, but it was a sweet addition to this table! I just put the cards in between the two glass plates to start the brunch off.
Our spread was complete with the birthday girls’ favorites – sausage and cream cheese spirals, avocado toast, quiche, and of course what is a birthday without Great American Cookie Co?
The last little touch was the Nothin Bundt Cakes that we put on everyone’s plate before they got there. Aren’t they cute!!
And the love my life (currently) Baylor!
Thanks for following along with my recipes for inspiration!
